Texas Learning Community
MHA was selected by the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health to direct a Texas Learning Community on Integrated Health Care (TLC). During 2010 and 2011, with support from the Hogg Foundation and The Meadows Foundation, the TLC brought together primary care and behavioral health care providers from across Texas to share knowledge and resources to support the expansion of integrated health care. Participating sites made great progress in their implementation of integrated health care. MHA is now preparing a compilation of successful practices in integrated health care as implemented by TLC sites. This product, which will be released in mid-2012, will be distributed statewide to assist organizations working on integrating care.
