Mental Health America of Greater Houston's Information and Referral (I&R) service provides information about mental health problems and mental illnesses as well as referrals to community mental health resources to people in need, their families, friends and professionals. I&R at MHA Houston also produces The Guide, a helpful listing of non-profit mental health services for Harris County. Updated semi-annually, The Guide is a handy reference to mental health resources in Harris County, and is regularly used by hospitals, schools, and other service providers throughout the area.

Our Information and Referral service links individuals who need help to appropriate mental health resources. You can help by registering to have your mental health services listed in our database as a referral resource. To sign up, please fill out our provider form and submit it to us via e-mail.
