Making Together Work: Policy Solutions for Integrating Care - August 13, 2015, Kick-Off Event

Held in collaboration with the Center for Health and Biosciences at Rice University's Baker Institute for Public Policy, this kick-off event brought together over 100 people representing providers, payers, funders, universities, public officials, and other stakeholders.  Attendees heard from a panel of experts about the issues of financing integrated health care and preparing providers for integrated health care.
