The MHA Information and Referral Helpline maintains an extensive database of mental health and social service providers that offer low-cost or affordable resources to address a variety of wellness needs. We are continually updating and adding new referral sources to our lists.
To be considered as a new resource, please complete and return the Mental Health Prosessional Form (for individual practioners) and the Mental Health Community Resource Form (for agencies). Please return by mail, fax, or by email to ddelariva@mhahouston.org.

MHA Houston understands that finding help on mental health care and understanding the system is sometimes a challenge. Our Helpline is a free community service open to individuals, family members, and professionals looking for information on mental illness and mental health resources in Greater Houston. Our trained Information and Referral Specialists take special care to help each caller find the most appropriate community resource based on their need. Our extensive database contains the most comprehensive listing of public and private mental health resources in the Greater Houston area.
