Panel Focus Areas: Treatment options (specific medications), support from recovery coaches and counselors, timeframes of treatment, legal considerations, service providers’ acceptance, stigma, real impact and research, long-term effects, and client perspective.

 

Intended Audience:

  • Houston Recovery Initiative (HRI) participants
  • Traditional mental health providers who have not previously attended an HRI meeting who would like to network more with Houston’s recovery community and/or gain more specific knowledge about MAT pathways to recovery
  • Physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and all those involved in physical health care
  • All those who could possibly play a role in an individual’s recovery
